Brainwires Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Interview Experience for Software Developer Internship (Off-Campus)

I will tell you about my interview and whole recruitment experience at Brainvire Infotech as a Software Developer Intern.

It was an Off-campus opportunity, I applied through a Google form I found on some telegram channel, and then I received a shortlisting email the process has three rounds –

Online Assessment:

It has 2 parts one consists of aptitude and the other one we have to choose two sections basic Python or basic javascript, and some more sections. I’ll attach a screenshot of that mail for reference. also, the questions are not that tough, most of the MCQs can be found on any website.

Technical Round:

I got mail for a Technical interview, the interview happened on Google Meet and lasted around 15 minutes only the first question was your introduction and then basic questions related to the e-commerce website I have mentioned in my project, like what is card and checkout, what the difference, payment gateway options you can use in this and what is the Big commerce, what is the Shopify and WordPress as this interview is for SDE intern Bigcommerce role mentioned in mail, next some basic questions like what is array and all.

HR Round:

In this round, HR asked to introduce me and then some goal-related questions and family background and then told me the terms and conditions and Informed me, that you have to work as a full-time employee and if I left in between whatever amount I was getting at that time you have to pay thrice of that.

And they are also asked to submit documents such as the 10th and 12th original mark sheet and a blank cheque also you have to join within 5 days for the onsite location – Ahmedabad and you have to give documents by speed post or physically by you, so these conditions don’t seem to suitable for me that’s why I have not joined.
