I had the privilege of interviewing with Axtria for an internship position and an analyst trainee role during the campus recruitment drive for the batch 2023-2024. The interview process was rigorous and comprehensive, comprising multiple rounds aimed at assessing various skills and competencies.

Initial Screening:

The interview process began with an initial screening based on academic performance. Axtria shortlisted candidates based on their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate), SSC (Secondary School Certificate), and graduation percentages. For consideration, candidates needed to have a minimum percentage of 90 in SSC, 80 in HSC, and 80 in graduation.

Aptitude Test:

The next round involved an aptitude test, which proved to be challenging. The test encompassed a wide range of topics, including graph analysis, chart interpretation, and donut graphs. Additionally, it included questions of varying difficulty levels, from basic to more complex ones. This round tested not only mathematical abilities but also analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Internship Opportunity:

Despite the difficulty of the aptitude test, I was fortunate enough to secure the internship opportunity at Axtria. This achievement reflected my dedication to academic excellence and my ability to perform well under pressure.

Full-Time Role Process:

For candidates applying for full-time roles, the process involved additional rounds. Apart from the initial screening and aptitude test, candidates had to undergo two interview rounds: a technical interview and an HR interview.

Technical Interview:

The technical interview primarily focused on the candidate’s resume. Interviewers delved into the details of the candidate’s educational background, previous work experiences, and relevant skills. Questions were tailored to assess the candidate’s proficiency in areas related to the role they were applying for.

HR Interview:

The HR interview aimed to evaluate the candidate’s personality, communication skills, and cultural fit within the organization. It provided an opportunity for candidates to showcase their enthusiasm, motivation, and alignment with Axtria’s values and goals.

Overall, the interview experience at Axtria was both challenging and rewarding. It not only tested my academic knowledge and problem-solving abilities but also provided valuable insights into the company’s culture and expectations. Securing an internship opportunity at Axtria was a testament to my hard work, preparation, and determination to excel in the field of analytics. I look forward to contributing my skills and expertise to the success of Axtria’s projects and initiatives.
