First Round

There were 20 questions with 10 in Aptitude and 10 in programming in Java. A total of one hour and thirty minutes were given for the round. It was an easy round that contained basic questions in aptitude and Java.

Second Round

This was a short programming round, where they gave 4 questions of medium-level difficulty. One was a string question, and another was an array sorting question in two pairs of question papers.

• Sort the given array with odd numbers in descending order and even numbers in ascending order while maintaining the positions where the odd and even elements are present in the initial array.

• Given two versions version1 and version2 calculate which is greater. The versions are separated by dots. If version 1 is less than version 2 return 1. If version1 is greater than version2 return -1. Any version that does not have a partition can be considered as 0.

• Given n and the max step you can take is 1 or 2. Find the number of distinct ways to reach n.

I didn’t clear the second round so I wasn’t selected for the next rounds.
