The SAT exam includes three main subjects:

  1. Math: This section covers topics in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and probability. It tests your problem-solving abilities using mathematical concepts.
  2. Evidence-Based Reading and Writing: This is divided into two parts:
    • Reading: Involves reading passages and answering questions on them to assess your comprehension and reasoning skills.
    • Writing and Language: Tests grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and understanding of the English language.
  3. Essay (optional): You may choose to write an essay, which involves analyzing a passage to assess your skills in comprehension, analysis, and writing.

These sections are designed to evaluate your readiness for college-level work.
