What is the last sprint in SAFe?

Unlike traditional Scrum, there is no such thing as a “last sprint” in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Rather, SAFe works in the framework of program increments (PIs), which are timeboxes that usually span eight to twelve weeks. Teams design, carry out, and deliver features and other work items within a program increment based on the program backlog’s priorities. Programme Increment (PI) System Demos are held after each program increment, where teams present their produced features to stakeholders and solicit feedback.
