Firstly, I want to tell you the role of this Profile/Role – Trainee Project Coordinator(freshers)

This is the role in which a project coordinator must understand the client’s needs and tell the Software developer that they play an immediate role between clients(maybe foreigners) and developers. So this role requires great communications skills, they also have to manage project budgets, and they also provide resources to developers that they need for project implementations. Generally, this role is like a Project manager but they are below the Project Manager because they start as a fresher after gaining experience in this field anyone can become a Project manager in a very short time.

So, if anybody is interested in this role then they should have fluent English speaking and very good communication skills, In this profile there is no need for too much coding in this role.

Now, I will tell you about my interview experience –

  • Introduce yourself + A topic given to you, then you have to speak on that

or

  • It may be a GD round (Group discussion) depending upon the number of participants.

  • In an interview, they also focus on your communication skills and so the introduction of yourself should be excellent according to the company.
