VIT Pune Admission Experience For B.tech

98 percentile in MHT-CET | 95.3 percentile in JEE Mains | 10th/12th – 95.4/92.2

Experience:

I got the IT branch in the 3rd(which is the last) CAP round. so I tried in the ACAP round for the CS branch.

Reporting time was around 9 a.m., they had already a list of students who were eligible for the ACAP round also called as SPOT round. To apply for the SPOT round, I have paid 1000/- rupees. Seating arrangement provided on-spot and instructed to keep DD/cheque already filled for fees along with all required documents. You have to pay full fees irrespective of caste for an ACAP seat. In the arena, there’s a display that shows live seats available per branch and a panel is on stage which performs the required procedures to confirm admission. Then you have to visit the student section to bring the admission confirmation receipt. Your original documents will be held by the college and will be returned within a year.

By the way, VIT is one of the best colleges with an MHT-CET score, here you will have academic as well as extracurricular growth. Also, remember to keep at least 5 Xerox copies of the required documents to avoid any inconvenience.
