Vikrant Group of Institutions Campus Experience For Btech

Hi everyone I am pursuing a BTech in CS from Vikrant Group of Institutions, Gwalior. You probably haven’t heard of this institution yet, but I assure you that you will one day.

College Infrastructure

Vikrant Institution is situated at the outer edge of the city, which makes the campus free from the noise and pollution of the city. My college has a cricket field, a football field, a basketball court, and a badminton court that are open to students all the time during college. Our college also has a special room for the gym and indoor games. Despite having a low fee structure, the college supports us in all possible ways.

Academics

Our college also collaborates with Microsoft and government agencies. In my very first year, our college introduced us to Python through the MTA Python course, where the instructor taught us the basics of Python and coding. It was quite an interactive session that lasted around a month. In my second semester, our college introduced us to another course on Amazon Web Services, where we learned about different web services hosted by Amazon and learned how the backends of various websites work. In the same manner, in our 2nd year, we were introduced to the advanced course of Amazon Web Services, which was provided, but since I decided to go with Android development, I didn’t join the course, but I heard from my friends that it was a great course. Now I am in my third year, and we have been introduced to the Center of Excellence, which is a government-approved agency with the goal of teaching students in-demand technologies. This time, they are teaching us web development from scratch, which is a great opportunity.

College Faculty

Talking of the faculty, the professors are the gems of the college. In other colleges, students skip class, or you can say that they bunk class, but there are some faculty in our CS department who say that no matter what, no student bunks their class because they love the way he teaches us.

In conclusion, I can say one thing for sure: no matter what i never regret the decision of taking admission in this institute.
