I had the opportunity to interview with Tata Power Company during my third year of college for the position of System Administrator. The interview process consisted of three rounds, each assessing different aspects of my skills and suitability for the role.

Aptitude Test:

The first round was an aptitude test that covered English grammar, mathematics, reasoning, and technical questions. This phase aimed to evaluate a broad spectrum of my abilities, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of my academic foundation and problem-solving skills.

Technical Interview:

The second round was a technical interview where I faced questions spanning various technical domains, including C++, PHP, and Database Management Systems (DBMS). This stage delved deeper into my programming and technical knowledge, providing a comprehensive assessment of my proficiency in key areas relevant to the System Administrator role.

HR Round:

The final round was the HR interview, focusing on personal aspects of my background. The HR representative asked questions related to my family and educational history, seeking to understand my character, motivations, and how well I aligned with the company’s values. This round aimed to gauge my interpersonal skills, communication, and overall fit within the organizational culture.​
