Placewit Interview Experience For SDE Internship

Placewit is an Ed-Tech startup, so this year while hiring interns for different roles they came to our college too! This was an on-campus opportunity.

There were total 3 rounds :

• 1st Round: Coding round( online)
• 2nd Round: Coding and resume discussion round
• 3rd Round: Specific Role Discussion Round.

After the first round:- 2 students got shortlisted for the interview Round. In the first round itself, They discussed about my resume and my tech stack. They gave me some suggestions too about how can I improve my resume and what can make me stand out.

Later in the remaining time, they asked me one coding question which was some case study type question, it was not a direct question. I don’t remember the question but ya first I gave them brute force, and they told me to optimize I suggested DP. Then they modified the question and asked some of the follow-up questions. Was not able to optimize it further, and told me how it be done. In the remaining time, they asked me some more general questions which are asked in the HR round! I was not shortlisted for further rounds as I didn’t hear anything back from them after the interview.

So, ya that’s all about my experience. If you are having an interview my tip to you is to communicate properly, and be calm! All the best!
