My Experience at JNTUH College of Engineering Jagtial (JNTUHCEJ)

I began my journey at JNTUHCEJ in August 2018, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). I choose this college because of its excellent reputation for education and its beautiful campus surrounded by greenery and temples, which provided a vibrant atmosphere.

Our institution offers both M.Tech and B.Tech programs, servicing other disciplines such as ECE, EEE, MECH, and IT. The computer labs, chemical and physical labs, library, and sports facilities were all well-equipped and contributed to my practical experience. The computer labs, in particular, were equipped with the latest technology, allowing me to learn various coding languages and practice extensively. The library had a vast collection of books that catered to our academic needs and provided opportunities for leisure reading. Additionally, I enjoyed playing cricket and basketball on the campus grounds during weekends.

One of the highlights of my time at JNTUHCEJ was my computer networks class. I experienced a sense of accomplishment and appreciation from my teacher, which filled me with pride for solving a difficult NP problem within a day.

To enhance my social skills and explore my interests, I actively participated in technical, toastmasters, and dance clubs. While the placement opportunities were not as extensive as those in private colleges, many students still secured jobs upon graduation. Personally, I prioritized academics over job prospects when choosing this college.

My experience at JNTUHCEJ also helped me develop important life skills, such as maintaining a positive mindset and staying connected with nature’s vibes.

Throughout my journey, I faced certain challenges. However, I would advise current and incoming students to make the most of the available resources. If given the opportunity, I would choose JNTUHCEJ again without hesitation.
