MLSA Experience 2023

Hey, I am a computer science enthusiast who is in my third year right now. In this article, I would like to share my journey of how I got selected as MLSA which is Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador in 2023. But before that let me give a small intro about myself I am just an ordinary student with extraordinary skills, To be precise I am enthusiastic, keen, and smart enough to face any challenges. My area of interest results in Software development with computer systems and Power electronics and also I am a Technical Content developer I think that’s enough to know about me. if you guys want further info connect me on Linked In.

My Journey in Internshala

Well when I was in my second year, I came across a LinkedIn post about the Internshala Student Partner program frequently in every LinkedIn profile which made me curious to know what that program was and its benefits. ISP Internshala Student Partner program is one of India’s best campus ambassador programs where you collaborate with Internshala experts and trainers, and you will learn a lot at the same time earning is also there. This program is conducted every 2-months of the year. So students who would like to learn and earn can opt for this particular program it’s really cool and awesome platform to fulfill our intentions. The Program details as I mentioned below:

and So on. This is my first program i joined and earned 5785 /. My first stipend from internshala it is through fully of best communication and leadership skills not only this but also people management and time management. By the end of this program Internshala Awarded me as Best educational Influencer with Business development Certificate and Strongly recommended that I am one of the student partner in the Top 5 out of 25,600 Student partners in India. Thanks a lot to Internshala not only these but also a lot. After Finishing this campus outreach program i have searched for best student partner and developer program in that case secondly I joined Coding Ninjas as Student entrepreneur.

My Journey in Coding Ninjas

Well while comparing to Internshala program, it is a 6-months program. After selecting in this program you will have a short interview based and on your performance they will select you. This program i considered as higher level compared to Internshala student partner program It gives lot of benefits and prizes and more a lot. In this program Program Manager gives all the tasks every month the task every student need to do is do social media marketing and other things like conducting workshops in your campus to know the coding ninjas courses and program. well in this program I conducted various webinars and workshops related to coding and Technology tools. In every task I came in top 3 and every month they will give Gold Points which you can buy Coding Ninjas T shirt, bag, mug, and so on in Coding ninjas merchandise. Here there is no stipend provided because only goldpoints are provided with that gold points you can buy any stuffs. I earned Certificate of Excellence in this program by earning more than 2000 gold points and got more goodies. It is an engaging and funfilled program. Students who are in 1st year they can opt for this program. if you get more than 5000 goldpoints Coding Ninjas will provide you an internship opportunity and give an exceptional performance awards.

Here we go again I am in Geeks for Geeks

After finishing Coding Ninjas, applied for Geeks for Geeks campus mantri 2023. Well I am shortlisted and had an interview. Whats next ? Selected and the duration for this campus mantri program is 1 year. I accepted the terms and conditions and the program manager also helped me a lot. the same tasks and things you need to do in this program also it is more enjoyable journey and you will get course coupons and much more.

From Internshala to Microsoft Lead

first, i would like to thank Internshala for selecting me as campus partner because of ISP today i get to know so many things how to world will function in corporate as well as business industries. What is the role of Campus Partner and their responsibilities and so on. I have applied for MLSA on April mid but it will take 2 to 3 months to select. The good news is i patiently waited for 3 months and onboarded. Being a MLSA lead in my campus is like wow I have improved a lot and my friends also getting certified because of me in so many things.

What is MLSA?

It stands for Microsoft Learn student ambassador. It is an global student program which empowers all students to gain access to Microsoft learning paths, training and conferences etc. you will establish yourself as mentor or a mentee in your campus and develop strong technical and emotional intelligence skills and so on. you also have a workshop or a meeting every month with program manager all students from brazil, USA, UK, Amsterdam, Nigeria will come and engage with other students and share their ideas to host an event or an workshop.

There are three milestones in MLSA Alpha, Beta and Gold. Note those who are in first and second year they can apply and finish this program. i think that’s the correct time for all this programs.

How to get selected?

1. Go to official website MLSA and click apply now.
2. Enter some personal as well as academic details.
3. You have a written part and one video part for particular section. in that section you need to introduce yourself as well as share your experience if any events led by you.
4. wait for 2 0r 3 months.
5. If selected finish your onboarding process or else first finish learning path and then wait for one month you will get an approval email.
