My college name is Marwadi University and I got my admission to B.Tech Programme in Artificial Intelligence in 2022. Today I’m going to share my campus experience and I’m gonna talk about the events, the type of societies here, the faculties, and the Placement. So, let’s get started with my first-year journey.

Starting college brought a mix of excitement and nerves. Making new friends and adjusting to the college rhythm were the highlights of my initial days. Our class is a mix of students from different parts of India and even from countries like Ethiopia, Sudan, and Zimbabwe.

Marwadi University has lots of clubs and societies that the faculty encourages us to join. I became a part of IEEE, GDSC, Robotics Club, Art Club, and Student Leaders Club. The campus celebrates various festivals, embracing the cultural diversity of students from over 50 countries. I took part in events like Intellify, a hackathon organized by the university.

Talking about studies, the faculty is a mix of supportive and knowledgeable teachers. Some classes can be a bit dull, but most of them make learning interesting. The course curriculum is like in other colleges, and you need to score at least 40% to pass. We have three exams each semester – Mid 1 (writing), Mid 2 (MCQ type), and the final semester-end exam.

When it comes to placements, Marwadi University has good opportunities. Companies like TCS, IBM, Bajaj, Mahindra, Amazon, Siemens, and Wipro visit for placements. It adds a nice touch to the overall college experience, giving us chances for future careers.

College life was a rollercoaster of ups and downs, filled with fun moments with friends and roommates. We created numerous memories that would be cherished long after graduation. The key takeaway: enjoy every moment of college life while also working on your career.
