Kaar Technologies is a Global Consulting firm That provides Consulting and Implementation Services for SAP. It provides services to major industrial sectors such as Oil, gas, Education, Petroleum, etc.

In the year of 2023, Kaar had recruitment for two roles :

Tech Sergeant (SAP) (6.5 Lacs p.a.)
Tech Lieutenant (SAP) (8 Lacs p.a.)

Eligibility Criteria: 80% in X Std, 80% in XII Std & 75% in BE (NO HISTORY OF ARREARS)

Qualification: BE – IT, CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, AI, ML, Mechanical & Mechatronics

Year of Passing: 2024 Batch

Round Details :
Round 1 - Aptitude + Technical Mcqs
Round 2 - Group Discussion
Round 3 - L1 Discussion (Technical HR)
Round 4 - L2 Discussion (Technical HR + Managerial Round)

Round 1 : Aptitude + Technical Mcqs

Level of Difficulty: Moderate

The first round consists of four parts, Logical, Quantitative, Verbal, Technical

• Logical: Questions were covered from Seating arrangements, Statement and Conclusions, Directions, Calendars
• Quantitative: Number Systems, Ratio, and Proportion, Permutations and Combinations, Geometry, Mensuration, Algebra, Problems on Ages, Number system, Probability, Time, Speed, and Distance.
• Verbal: Synonyms, Antonyms, Jumbled Sentences
• Technical: Java Mcqs (Easy to Moderate Level)

Round 2: Group Discussion

Topics: General Topics like Digitalization, Artificial Intelligence, Effect Of Cinemas on Youth, etc

Points to be Remembered :

• Initiate or conclude the discussion.
• Present clear points related to the topic.
• Practice using different phrases beforehand.

Round 3: L1 Discussion

Questions were covered from :

• OOPS Concepts
• DBMS
• SAP – Modules in SAP , Real-time Application of ERP, Business Process
• Questions from your Area of Interest
• Pen and Paper-based Coding Questions (Basic – Moderate Level)

Round 4: L2 Discussion

This is a Managerial and Technical-based Round. HR will be testing your Communication, Leadership Skills . Also you can expect many questions from SAP which is of level Moderate to Difficult.
