Infosys Infytq Interview Experience for System Engineer

So, you can register for the Infytq certification test by going to the official website of Infytq.

After successful registration, you will receive your login credentials. You will be notified about the certification examination on the registered email address and also further updates will be communicated to you on the same.

Note: Register yourself for the certification exam only if you are carrying forward with Java or Python. i.e. you cannot proceed with the test if you are coding, apart from the languages mentioned above ( for eg. You cannot take the test if your code is in C++ or other languages, you have to choose either Java or Python).

Exam Pattern:

The certification round exam follows the below pattern:

There will be Mcq’s related to DBMS and the corresponding programming language which you opt for i.e. java or Python.

Also, there will be two coding questions.

The level of Mcq’s is moderate or sometimes easy and for the coding part both the questions are easy.

Note: The level of questions may vary in your case as it may depend on your luck too, So it’s better to be prepared for the tougher side.

Once you clear the certification exam you will receive the result notification on your registered email address.

After the result declaration, once you pass the certification round you will see a message that you are eligible for appearing in the advantage round.

You will get an opportunity to upgrade your role to a higher package by going through an advantage round.

And once you clear the advantage round you will go through a personal interview for the same . If somehow you are not able to clear the advantage round , you are eligible to sit for an interview of System Engineer role .

Question Pattern –

Coming to the mcq part, half of the mcq’s which will be related to DBMS will focus on the queries, all basic operations, etc.

And for the coding part, the questions are mostly related to topics like String, Array, Graphs, and OOPS too.

Again, if you are lucky you may get both of the coding questions based on the same topic. In my case, both of the questions were based on String manipulation.

I personally recommend that everyone should focus on practicing more and more because luck may not be in their favor at all times, So prepare yourself well.

4. FacePrep – For practicing coding you may also refer to this website. Here you will get questions related to MCQs which were recently asked in infytq certification exam. Also, you will get some hands-on coding questions that you can practice.

For an interview, focus on your soft skills and revise your concepts thoroughly on DBMS, OOPS, and the corresponding programming language.
