Steps to find printer’s IP address

Step 1: Open Control Panel

Firstly, we need to navigate to the Start Menu of the computer, search for Control Panel. We will get the icon of Control Panel, click on the con to access the Control Panel of the system.

Step 2: Navigate to Devices and Printers

Once the Control Panel is opened on the computer, there will be various configuration options. We need to look for Devices and Printers which will be displayed once we click on the “Hardware and Sound” option.

Step 3: Find the Printer

After clicking on the “Devices and Printers” option, a list of all available devices on our computer will get displayed.
