How Can We Check PAN Card Status?

You can check the status of your PAN card application through various methods. Here are the steps to check the status of your PAN card application:

1. Online Through UTIITSL

• Visit the UTIITSL PAN Card Status Tracking website at (https://www.trackpan.utiitsl.com/PANONLINE/trackApp).
• Select the application type from the given drop-down option.
• Enter the “Coupon Number” (generated after successfully filing of PAN application) and click on “Submit“.

2. Online Through NSDL

• Visit the NSDL PAN Card Status Tracking website at (https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html).
• Select “PAN-New/Change Request” from the drop-down menu in the “Application Type” option.
• Enter your Acknowledgement Number and click on the “Submit” button.

3. Through SMS Service

Send an SMS with the message “NSDLPAN” followed by your 15-digit acknowledgment number to 57575.

4. Through Call Service

Call the TIN call center on 020-27218080 and provide your 15-digit acknowledgment number for the PAN application.

Please note that the Income Tax Department NEVER asks for your PIN numbers, passwords, or similar access information for credit cards, banks, or other financial accounts through email. Do not respond to such emails and do not share your bank and other financial account details
