For all those who haven’t heard about Deltax?

DeltaX is the pioneering cross-channel digital advertising platform. The company helps ad agencies and performance marketers buy, track, attribute, optimize and report media across Search, Social, Display, Mobile and Video ads more efficiently by taking a unified data and automation-driven approach. The cloud-based platform leverages big data, user behaviour and machine learning algorithms to improve performance across the business funnel of advertisers. The platform is offered on self-serve in 34 languages. Millions of dollars in ad investments are powered each month for brands across verticals such as E-commerce, Travel, Banking, Technology, Education and Gaming

The opportunity was on campus placement and had 3 rounds each round was an elimination round

Round-1:

There were a total of 30 MCQs in this round covering the below topics. Mostly they are from the CS fundamentals

• Algorithms — (5 MCQ ques)
• Pseudo Code — (5 MCQ ques)
• Networking — (5 MCQ ques)
• Software Testing & Methodology — (5 MCQ ques)
• Database Query & Outputs — (5 MCQ ques)
• Software Engineering — (5 MCQ ques)

Almost i had answered all the mcq’s correctly and qualified for the next round. Around 10 to 15 members from my college qualified for next round.

Round-2: Online Coding Assessment

This round was conducted on a platform called xplore. This assignment consists of 5 DSA question ranging from easy to medium level. I had solved all of them with all the test cases correctly. I don’t remember the exact questions. Solving leetcode easy to medium helps to clear this round.

Those who had solved all the 5 questions are qualified for the next round. Recruiter called me after 3 to 4 hours and informed that you will be having an technical interview after 30 mins. I was the one from my college to qualify for the next round.

Round-3: Virtual Technical Interview

5 Interviewers had attended the meeting. Interview started by a brief introduction. Next interviewer had looped me around my resume and has asked some questions about my project skills etc. This round went almost 2 hours long ????????..

Then followed by 3 DSA questions:-

https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/xor-subarray-xors/ gave brute force approach and then optimized it.

https://leetcode.com/problems/replace-the-substring-for-balanced-string/ obtained a few hints from the interviewer and solved it

I couldn’t find this any where 🙂

Tip: Be with interviewer they will try to help when you stuck. Discuss your approach with them it helps you a lot.

Verdict: Next Day Morning recruiter called me and informed that i have been selected for intern+FTE role.
