Deloitte USI Interview Experience For Analyst Trainee (Off-campus)

I took part in the Deloitte USI off-campus recruitment process, where I participated in their National Level Assessment (NLA) program. I want to share my interview experience and the outcome with you.

Round -1 (Online Assessment) :

The NLA online assessment consisted of challenging aptitude and coding questions. Though the coding questions were of medium difficulty, I managed to solve them all within the given time frame of approximately 3 hours.

Clearing the NLA: After a few months, I received an encouraging email stating that I had successfully cleared the NLA and qualified for the next stage: the technical interview. The best part was that I had the flexibility to schedule the interview at my convenience.

Round-2 ( Technical Interview ) :

On the scheduled day of the interview, I felt fully prepared and confident. The interviewer was friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. We started with introductions, and then the interviewer began with fundamental topics like Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) and Database Management Systems (DBMS). As the interview progressed, he asked me questions related to Python programming like the difference between a list and a dictionary in Python, how are tuples implemented in Python, and how to move data from Excel files to pandas. The interview was lasted for 15-20 mins.

Round-3 ( HR Interview ) :

In the beginning, the interviewer asked me to introduce myself and I gave him a brief introduction about myself. Then he asked me some more questions, they mentioned blow:

• What are your future goals in the next 3 to 5 years?
• What motivates your interest in joining Deloitte?
• Why Deloitte specifically?
• What expectations do you have from Deloitte?
• Do you have any questions for me?

Conclusion: Participating in the Deloitte USI recruitment process through the NLA program was a truly rewarding experience. The technical interview allowed me to showcase my knowledge and skills in diverse domains, from engineering to coding.
