Deloitte USI Interview Experience for Analyst (On-Campus) 2022

Deloitte USI visited my college for an Analyst role. The criteria for applying were:

• B.Tech/ B.E. – All Electronics/ Electrical/Instrumentation streams, Computer Science/ IT, Mechanical, Civil, and Chemical streams
• M.Tech – Computer Science and Engineering/IT streams
• MCA
• No active backlogs
• Aggregate 60% or CGPA of 6.5 and above

After some internal shortlisting 194 students were eligible to sit for the test.

Online Assessment (60 minutes):  This round was conducted on the AMCAT platform and it consisted of 4 sections Quantitative Aptitude(12 questions), Logical Reasoning(12 questions), Verbal Ability(12 questions) and Technical Assessment(12 questions). It was held on 5th September.

The interview was scheduled for 8th September. 85 students were selected for the interview.

Technical Interview(20-25 mins): The interviewer was 10+ years experienced. It started with a general introduction and was asked to describe the college courses briefly. Then, was asked to explain RDBMS in detail covering different clauses, commands, operators, etc. by writing example queries on a notepad. Then, he switched to Java and asked about memory management and various oops concepts. He then also asked any project to explain in detail and some cross-questions on the same and ended with any questions for him.

The results came the same afternoon and 43 of us were selected.
