I registered on the superset portal of Capgemini for the Senior Analyst Role. I got the test link after 1 week The selection process consists of 3 Rounds.

Round 1: Coding round at least

The first Round was a coding question that consisted of 3 coding questions that needed to be done in 75 minutes. The 2 questions were straightforward and one was medium. You must try to solve at least 2 questions correctly.

All the questions were of easy level and were from arrays and strings. Practising basic array, string and numbers questions like Armstrong number, happy number, etc from gfg would be enough to crack these questions.

Round 2: English Test + Game-based + Behavioural

English Test :

It consisted of 30 questions which were needed to be solved in 30 min. The level of the questions was easy to moderate. The questions were from topics like :

  • Active–passive voice
  • Direct Indirect Speech
  • Passages
  • Correct the sentences
  • Fact, inference, judgment
  • Vocabulary

Gaming-based :

There were a total of 5 games. In each game, you need to play as many levels as you can in the given amount of time. Before playing each game you will be provided a reference tutorial showing how to play that game. So, don’t worry it will be easy.

The games will be based on memory, motion mirror images, etc.

Behavioural round :

Here you will be given 100 questions and the question will be like,

  • For each question, you need to select one of the options from agreeing, disagree, strongly Agree, and Neither Agree nor Disagree.
  • Try to be honest and give your own opinion on every question. They are just seeing whether you will be a good fit for the company or not.

NOTE: All the above rounds were web-proctored.

Round 3: Interview

I got an email for an interview after 1 week. My interview was scheduled from 12 to 1 pm on the superset platform.

I joined the meeting and greeted the interviewer. The interviewer was a lady and was very polite and sweet.

  • Interviewer: Let’s start with a brief introduction
I introduced myself. I also mentioned that I qualified for Gate. She was impressed after listening to this.
  • Interviewer: Let me introduce myself
    Then she introduced herself
  • Interviewer: Tell me the difference between confidence and overconfidence.
I told her whatever I knew with confidence. The interviewer seemed satisfied with my answer.
  • Interviewer: Your Biggest Inspiration?
I told them that my mother is my biggest inspiration. She asked me the reason.
  • Interviewer: What is the difference between printf and scanf?
It was a basic question of C.
  • Interviewer: Then she asked me to solve some aptitude questions which she sent me on the screen. The questions were easy to moderate.
  • Interviewer: What is RDBMS?
  • Interviewer: How to create a table in RDBMS?
  • Interviewer: How will you insert the date in the relational database table?
  • Interviewer: In which field do you have interest?
  • Interviewer: Do you know about the cloud? What is cloud?
  • Interviewer: Any questions?

Interview Ended.

All the questions were from my resume only. I was very fortunate to have an interviewer like her, she was very polite, It was like a friendly conversation between us.

The next day, I got a mail of selection but I got the offer letter after 2-3 months.
