Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering Campus Experience for MCA

My college name is Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering. It is affiliated to GGSIPU, Delhi. I got my admission to the MCA Programme through NIMCET this year. In this article, I will share my campus experience and also talk about the events, the type of societies which are active, the faculties and the placement.

About the campus:

It is one of the 187 institutions under Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. The campus has facilities such as a Conference Hall, Auditorium, Amphitheatre, well equipped Computer Resource Centre, huge Library, Student Hostel which is inside the college, In-house Banking facility, Indoor and Outdoor games facility, Canteen, Amul Parlour, etc. Overall, the college has a pleasant campus life. Throughout the year, several technical, cultural, and quizzing events are conducted.

I was admitted to Bharti Vidyapeeth in 2023 and below is what I have experienced till now:

• You will meet students not only from metropolitan cities like Bangalore or Delhi but also from small towns. This will help you get to know people who come from very small villages, how they prepared for the exams, what problems they faced, etc.
• Get ready for surprise tests, internships, and 8-credit projects which will keep you busy most of the time.

Currently, I am in my first year of MCA programme. Now, I am going to discuss about the faculty, placement, etc.

Faculty:
The teachers here are excellent, well-qualified and highly supportive. They always encourage you to participate in other activities. They also provide you with the notes that will help you in getting a good score in the exams. When it comes to the course curriculum, the syllabus is made according to the industry requirements and you need just 40% in each subject to pass the semesters.

Placements at Bharti Vidyapeeth:
I connected with the seniors of MCA who completed their MCA from here on LinkedIn to enquire about the placement scenario at my college. Their response was mostly positive. Many companies come for placement drives every year such as Amazon, Sopra Steria, TCS, Accenture, Nagarro, Indus Valley Partners, etc.

Conclusion: Never take your studies lightly and always maintain a good CGPA. A CGPA greater than 9 will always help you get internships, jobs. Also, a higher pointer or good grade indicates that you have studied that subject diligently, which means that your knowledge about the subject is strong. Always remember that your journey on-campus is determined not only by the institution’s reputation but also by your hardwork.

• Make notes of all subjects. Your college exams or your university exams comprises of the notes that you have made.
• Maintain a good relationship with the faculty, their help will be required throughout your college life.
• Improve your communication skills as soon as possible by working hard on your English. It will help you in getting a good job because every company requires that the candidate possesses good communication skills.
• Find your area of interest and work hard on it, do some good projects, write some research papers with the help of professors as the companies sees everything and they will prefer you over other students.
