During the Interview:
The interview started with a brief introduction and an overview of the company’s operations. The HR manager then asked me general questions about my background and experience, including my education, certifications, and work history.

After that, the chief engineer took over and started asking more technical questions related to aircraft maintenance. They asked me about my knowledge of various types of aircraft and their systems, as well as my experience with maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and repairs.

I was also asked about my experience with specific types of aircraft engines and avionics, as well as my ability to work with various hand and power tools. They also asked me about my experience working with a team and my ability to communicate effectively with other team members.

Towards the end of the interview, they asked me about my long-term career goals and how I saw myself fitting into the company’s culture and vision.

Feelings and Impressions:
Overall, I felt that the interview was challenging but fair. The questions were relevant to the position and the company, and the interviewers were professional and respectful throughout the process.

At times, I felt a bit nervous, especially when I was asked technical questions that I wasn’t sure how to answer. However, I tried to stay calm and composed, and I did my best to answer each question as honestly and accurately as possible.
