To work for Amazon Inc is the greatest experience one can ever have. It is a culture of innovation which is coupled with customer-centeredness and performance which never sleeps. As a giant and a familiarity among the world’s reputable technology companies, the term “Amazon Inc.” stands for innovation, disruption, and customer-centricity. I would like to walk you through my experience at Amazon Inc working with the team, selecting the crucial tasks we had, various lessons learned, and some of the insights I got throughout the whole journey.

Brief Description of Amazon Inc:

Amazon, Inc., which is based on the ideas of Jeff Bezos and went public in 1994, has emerged as a global technology and retailing giant headquartered in Seattle, Washington, US. Among its many well-known businesses is the Amazon.com online store, and the company has since taken its dominance higher by offering cloud services (Amazon Web Services), digital streaming (Amazon Prime Video), and smart devices (Amazon Echo). One of the most notable features of Amazon is their unwavering dedication to creation, disruption and customerization, which have always helped them seize a spot at the top of the most influential global company’s list.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams in planning and operationalization of digital products and services.
  • Research through data analysis as well as competitor assessment to define opportunities for product and brand growth.
  • In agile development, I worked to learn fast, to just fix things when there were changes in the market.

4. Enhanced collaboration and teamwork: Coming from different angles and cultures, a team of people helps to conceive and implement solutions and get the desired results.

5. Explored growth opportunities: The Amazon career path is full of diversity: starting from the training programs and up to the leadership development initiatives.
