AlgoZenith Interview Experience for Chapter Lead

I had the opportunity to interview for the AlgoZenith Chapter Lead position at my campus, and I wanted to share my experience with you all.

I had seen a notification for AlgoZenith CCP (Campus Connect Program) on LinkedIn. I thought to give it a try, so the first step was to fill out the google form which takes our details like contact info and our technical skills, links, etc. After a week I got the mail to choose a time slot for an interview.

I didn’t know how to prepare for the interview, so I started going through the code of the projects that I have made so far.

The D-Day has arrived. My interview was scheduled for 11:30 am.

The interviewer I encountered was very polite and he guided me through the process. The questions that I was asked are as follows –

• Please introduce yourself.
• Why do you want to become the Chapter Lead for your college?
• Have you any past experience in organizing or hosting any events, workshops, or activities ?
• What steps will you take to ensure that an event is organized well?
• What do you know about AlgoZenith?
• What are the tech stacks you have learned?
• What projects have you made?
• What you are expecting from this AlgoZenith CCP as a Chapter Lead?
• Do you have any questions for me?

I answered them all in full of confidence. The interview was completed. Overall, the interview was a fantastic experience, allowing me to showcase my skills, share my vision, and express my enthusiasm for the Chapter Lead position.

Some suggestions:

• Make sure that you know well about the organization.
• Review common interview questions.
• Stay confident and calm during the interview.
• Showcase your leadership skills to stand out from others.
• Provide specific examples from your past experiences that highlight your skills.

After a week or two, I got the selection mail that I have been selected for AlgoZenith Chapter Lead for my college IIIT Bhagalpur. So that’s all about my interview experience, hope you liked that.
