Acxiom Consulting Interview Experience For Technical Consultant (On-Campus)

In my campus placement Acxiom Company came and I have applied for it. I want to write an interview experience article for others.

Job description:

Company Name: Acxiom Consulting

Designation: Technical Consultant

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech Student and 70% marks in 10th and 12th

Total Rounds: 3

First Round: Project Assignment

At first day the HR visited my college and introduced us about company and their working. Then she asked all of us introduction, goals and other details. Then their team gives us assignment in excel sheet with flow diagram of full stack development project and they want us to complete in very limited time.

First of all the project they given us was too large and impossible to complete a single person in this time limit.

Given in flow diagram and chart format. Project was to develop complete event management Full stack website.

After that anyhow we completed it but not fully. Then 6-8 students were selected for next round.

Second Round: Technical Interview

In next round of interview the recruiter asked about that particular given project and he wants completed project. He was not asking a single question except given project. After this round only one student was selected. Unfortunately I was not that student. That’s all is my experience.

Third Round was In-office interview.
