Nagarro is a custom software development and business consulting company that provides consulting and technology services to its clients. It is headquartered in Munich, Germany and has its primary development center in Gurgaon, in the National Capital Region of India. Nagarro was founded in 1996.

Nagarro Ranks First in Overall HR Practices in Leading Indian Employer Survey in 2012. Nagarro was awarded for the “Best Employee Based Active Transport Initiative” in 2015. In December of 2016, Nagarro acquired silicon-valley based mobile design and strategy company, Mokriya. In 2016, Conduct AS, an Oslo-based consulting company, merged with Nagarro to become Nagarro Norway.

Recruitment Process :

Nagarro conducts 4 rounds to select freshers as Assistant System Engineer in their organisation.

Academic Criteria :

• 60 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
• No backlogs at the time of interview

Written Round : Round 1 :
The Written round consists of three major sections namely General Aptitude Test and Technical Ability Test and Coding Test. General Aptitude Test, has mathematical reasoning and logical reasoning and verbal ability part. Technical Ability Test contains questions from operating system, algorithms, data structures, C, Java, Sql, Networking based problems. And the coding Test contains 3 coding problems. This is paper pen based round.

Written Test : Round 2 :
The students who clear the first written round are called for second written round at their office. This round is totally coding based. Written test contains either 3 or 4 questions. This round can paper pen based or online test in hackerRank.

Technical Round
The students who clear the second written round are called for interview. In this round, they generally ask to opitmize the codes you did in second written round. You may also be asked questions from data structures, algorithms, sql. You may also be asked puzzles in this round. To be prepared for puzzles you can practice from our Puzzles section.

HR Round
They ask HR questions like :
1. Tell me about Yourself
2. About family
2. Why Nagarro ?
3. How you see yourself after five years from now ?
4. What are your strengths and weaknesses ?
5. Questions form resume
