Zoho Internship Experience

When pursuing my pre-final year of graduation, I attended Zoho Interview, for a software developer role.

I have been called for an internship program in my final year, I spent my final year in that company only.

Work :

You will be given a work laptop and will be allocated to a specific team on your first day. You will have an induction program to get started with the organization.

Based on your role, Front end or Back end, you will be asked to study the related programming languages and technologies in the initial days. Often you will be asked to build some projects to evaluate your understanding. They will be really helpful to you to get understand.

You will learn from knowledgeable people, so your learning will be of the best quality.

After that you will be put into the project, initially, you will be given mild tasks to get comfortable with the work. You will have great learning in your work.

Culture :

Zoho is known for its culture. You will have a great time over there in the office. There won’t be any dress code or strict timing. They will often conduct events both technical and non-technical, fun activities and they will celebrate all festivals in the office. You will enjoy it as you are in college. They encourage you to participate and showcase your talent.

There will be a friendly environment, and you can collaborate with any person, whether senior or junior without any hesitation.

It will be a paid internship, you will get paid on the last working day of the month, and there won’t even be a single day of delay.

Food:

You will be served all the meals of the day for free. You will enjoy a tasty breakfast, lunch, and even dinner. They will have a variety of dishes. Adding to that you can have snacks and tea throughout the day unlimited. They will also serve seasonal fruits, fresh juice, etc.

Travel:

They will provide cab facilities, which will cover almost all the important areas of the city. So you don’t need to worry about transportation.

Finally, Zoho is one of the best places to work, learn and grow, without the expense of sacrificing any of your personal needs like work-life balance, healthy food etc. If you satisfy their expectations, they will take care of you completely.
All I’ve mentioned apply to all the branches of the company, they have a main office in Chennai, Tamilnadu, and various hub offices all over the state.
