Round-1 (Online Assessment): The first round of the interview process at Wipro Limited was an online assessment. It comprised multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering various topics, including aptitude, logical reasoning, technical knowledge, and programming concepts. The test duration was one hour.

The aptitude and logical reasoning questions were challenging but interesting, requiring a mix of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. The technical section focused on topics like data structures, algorithms, and programming languages. As I had prepared well, I felt confident in handling the technical questions.

Round-2 (Technical Interview): After successfully clearing the online assessment, I moved on to the technical interview round. The interviewer began by discussing my resume and asked questions about my academic background and projects.

He then delved deeper into technical topics, asking in-depth questions related to data structures, algorithms, and database management systems. I was also presented with a coding problem and asked to write the code on a whiteboard to demonstrate my coding abilities and problem-solving approach.

One aspect that stood out during the technical interview was the emphasis on understanding the thought process and logic behind the solutions rather than focusing solely on the correctness of the code. This approach allowed for a more comprehensive evaluation of the candidate’s skills.

Round-3 (HR Interview): In the final round, I had the HR interview. The HR interviewer began by asking me to introduce myself and walk through my professional journey. They were interested in knowing what inspired me to apply for a position at Wipro Limited.

We discussed my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle challenging situations. The interviewer inquired about my willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization.

Furthermore, we discussed Wipro’s work culture, values, and how the company encourages employee development and well-being. The interviewer also shared insights into the potential career path and growth opportunities within Wipro.

Conclusion: The interview experience at Wipro Limited was rigorous, but it provided a comprehensive evaluation of my technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and compatibility with the company’s values and culture. The interviewers were professional, and supportive, and made the process less intimidating. Overall, the interview experience was enriching, and it left me with a positive impression of Wipro Limited as an organization that values its employees and provides ample opportunities for growth and learning.
