I considered the hiring procedure at Unthinkable Solutions to be regimented and difficult during my tenure there. Three rounds made up the complete process: one for coding, two for technical, and one for human resources.

Three medium-to-hard code questions made up the first round’s coding round. The exercises examined my knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques. I had a deadline and had to build optimized code. The round was held online, and the site itself provided the questions.

We had two questions to answer in the second round, which involved coding on paper. I was put to the test on both my coding and analytical abilities. I had to handwrite the code and describe the strategy I used to resolve the issue.

I was chosen to move on to the technical rounds after these rounds. They quizzed me on my programming skills and my previous project conversations during the first technical round. They also questioned me regarding my technical expertise and how I stay current with market developments.

The second technical session included a discussion of greedy-based questions and dynamic programming. The interviewer asked me to use these ideas to solve various difficulties and to describe my process. They wanted me to discuss the space and temporal challenges as well as optimize the code.

The last round was the HR round, in which they questioned me about my background, interests, pastimes, and long-term objectives. The interviewers also went over the company’s work environment and standards for employees.

I received an offer letter that contained both prospects for a full-time career and an internship after successfully completing all the rounds. Overall, I had a good interviewing experience with Unthinkable Solutions. The questions were difficult and well-created.
