10. Monkey D. Garp

Because of the battle in the God Valley, Monkey D. Garp was titled as the “Hero of the Marine.” He is the grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy which makes things really awkward between the two and one of the strongest Marines. He is currently a Vice Admiral of the Marine Corps.

4. Blackbeard
