Eligibility criteria:

Before applying for SAC (Student Activity Council), you must ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria. Generally, it must require you are the Third year or Final year student.

Rules for joining the club:

2. Application process: Interested student to fill out an the application form or submit relevant material(such as Resume) outlining their qualifications, interest and reasons for wanting join the club. SAC offers simple online or offline application process.

3. Attendance Requirements: It have minimum attendance requirements for members to remain active and in good standing. This ensures commitment and participation in club activities.

4.Code of Conduct: It have a code of conduct or set of rules outlining expected behavior and responsibilities of members. This may include guidelines for respectful communication, cooperation, and adherence to club policies.

Following the review of received applications, interested students have been shortlisted for interviews. Club Incharges will be contacting shortlisted candidates to schedule interview sessions.

And finally the Interview:

My interview was at 4:30, and I was very nervous I was taking a picture of myself before the interview, and I was making sure that my internet was good and the lighting is good. I joined before 15 min (4:15) for the interview.

The interviewer joined 5 minutes early (4:25) and he is very good, and he is friendly, he was like “We will be starting the interview after 5 minutes” meanwhile he is asking about my name, and how am I doing. I felt really well, the interview started.

Here are some questions they asked me:

1. Can you tell us about yourself and what motivated you to apply for membership in our club?

(Tip: The first impression should be good, just be confident.)

2.What specific skills or experiences do you possess that you believe would benefit our club?

3.How do you envision yourself contributing to the goals and activities of our club?

4.What do you hope to gain personally and professionally by becoming a member of our club?

5. Can you provide an example of a time when you demonstrated leadership or teamwork skills in a group setting?

6.How do you plan to balance your commitments to the club with your academic and other extracurricular responsibilities?

7. What aspects of our club’s mission or activities resonate most with you, and why?

8. Describe a challenge you’ve faced and how you overcame it. How do you think this experience has prepared you for participation in our club?

9. What ideas or initiatives do you have for enhancing our club’s impact or fostering a sense of community among members?

10. Do you have any questions or concerns about the club that you would like to discuss?

Conclusion:

You can crack the interview even you are not that much string in technically but you should have proper communication and leadership skills all they check is your personality, whether you can lead the club or not.
