Stryker Interview Experience For IT

Difficulty: Medium level

They will conduct an online test for 70 minutes with 60 questions. All the MCQ questions will be there. The topics they will ask include DSA, OS, DBMS, JAVA, PYTHON, and R Language. Then around 20 to 30 students will be shortlisted and have to appear in the online interview.

There was a single round that contained all Technical + Managerial + HR rounds.

The interview questions include:

• Introduce yourself.
• Explain about your project.
• Say about the Software development process (SDLC).
• Alternative of SDLC (Agile)
• Find the midpoint of the linked list in a single transversal
• Detect loop in the linked list.
• Remove the loop from the linked list.
• Which data structure is used to implement browsing history?
• 2 puzzle questions from Geeksforgeeks.
• Memory management in Java and C++.
• Question related to company.
• Common HR Questions.

Then they will select around 10 members.
Overall it will be a medium interview but their selection after the interview will be a little bit random.
Even after giving a good interview, you can’t be assured that you will be selected. You need to have good luck also.
