The Lincoln Lawyer streaming on Netflix is surfacing the buzz of a hit. The web series is an adaptation from one of the brilliant works of Michael Connelly’s second novel of “The Lincoln Lawyer” series. The web series was released on May 13th with 10 episodes, unfolding the legal drama. The creator and generator of the series is David E Kelley. The Lincoln Lawyer revolves around a very popular defense attorney ‘Mickey Haller’. Mickey Haller is depicted to be in a low phase of life, since his fatal surfing accident. 

The aftermath of the accident left a deep hollow mark on Mickey Haller’s life. He chose to fill the void by taking up pills, which eventually became addictive to him. He has two ex-wives and one daughter. The family associated with him tries their level best to get him to quit his habits. Later on, when one of his colleagues leaves his practice, Haller is left with no choice other than to take up the work. There are multiple small cases at Mickey’s desk, before breaking through the big one. The big case is described in the series as Trevor, who is suspected of murdering his wife and her lover in a crime of passion as background.

1. Manuel Garcia – Rulfo- Mickey Haller

Starting with Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, the main character of The Lincoln Lawyer. He plays the character named Mickey Haller. Mickey is a radical realist who moves his law practice from the wheels of a Lincoln SUV. His presence is majorly dominated in the region of Los Angeles, He has two ex-wives, with whom his relations are positive sights. He is highly dependent upon his client who turned into driver Izzy to run around the city. Mickey Haller works on wheels but was forced to switch to a brick-and-mortar office once his fellow colleague Jerry Vincent unexpectedly passed away, and left his entire practice and caseload to Mickey. Mickey was born in Los Angeles and was brought up in Mexico by his mother. 

Rulfo is in the industry for a while. His appearance is well appreciated in numerous television shows and movies. The biggest hits of his career are The Magnificent Seven, Cake, the murder mystery, Murder on the Orient Express, Mary, Sweet Girl, and the list goes on. His famous television series is Dusk till dawn. Though this is his first-ever major role in a series, it’s a treat for his fans nonetheless.

2. Neve Campbell – Maggie Pherson

Maggie is professionally a deputy district attorney. She is Mickey’s first ex-wife and the mother of their daughter named Haley. She is a true believer in the justice process. This mindset puts her away from Mickey’s perspective. Mickey believes in the power structure of the States. The divergence in the thought process of the couple drifted them apart. But they do have some spark between them. 

Neve Campbell plays the character of Maggie Pherson, one of the most popular actresses in the industry. Campbell is mostly known for her performance in the Horror franchise, scream where she is playing the role of Sidney Prescott. Though she has been associated with a different genre for the past few years. 

3. Becki Newton – Lorna Crain

Lorna is Mickey’s second “I do”. Both of them share a very special bond. She is an office manager and paralegal at Mickey’s establishment. Although they have been divorced for years, Lorna is into a long-term relationship with a brand new person. Both of them admire each other in their own ways. Newton is well known for her big roles in her hit show “ Amanda Tanen, Ugly Betty. She is well recognized in plenty of movies and web series.

4. Jazz Raycole – Izzy

Moving further, the next one is Jazz Raycole, who depicts Izzy in The Lincoln Lawyer. Izzy is a dancer by profession. She has recovered from some sort of addiction. She is Mickey’s client too. Due to her financial situation, she is unable to pay back the services offered by Mickey. So he offered her a job to pay him back. Since then Izzy has been working as Mickey’s personal driver. 

Jazz Raycole is new in the industry and is not well exposed to different genres, but television has been her strength and the basic source of income for her, her presence can be seen in various television series.

5. Angus Sampson – Cisco

The next one is Angus Sampson, who is playing the role of Cisco. Cisco is the key investigator of Mickey’s cases. He is Lorna’s fiance. He was part of a biker gang named street smarts. He also has connections with LAPD. 
Sampson is well known majorly for his role in a big-time horror movie named Insidious, where he played the role of Tucker, he is well established for his different roles.

6. Christopher Gorham – Trevor Elliott

Trevor Elliot played the role of a suspect in the murder plot of The Lincoln Lawyer. Trevor is one of the most noticeable clients. He is the typical rich, prudent CEO of one of the famous video game companies. Trevor is suspected of killing his wife and her passionate lover. Both Trevor and Mickey are unwilling to work with each other. But eventually, they reached a conclusion and worked together on the case. 

Christopher Gorham has shown an impeccable mark in Ugly Betty, with Becki Newton, who played the role of Henry Grubstick. His contribution is very much visible in various movies and web series.
