Recruitment Process :

Sankey Solutions conducts 2-4 rounds to select freshers as Software Development Engineers in their organization.  

  • Offline Round
  • Technical Round
  • HR Round

Offline Round : 

It was Off-Campus Drive. There were different sets of DSA -Basic Questions. You were asked to write the code.

Technical Rounds :

The students who clear the Offline round were called for Technical Interviews. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. You should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms(Basics), DBMS, and OOPS. Students will be expected to explain codes in the interview. They also ask questions about resumes. You should be good at projects you have done. Explain projects clearly. Many questions were asked regarding the domain you are interested in or the Project related questions.

HR Round :

You can expect general HR questions along with situation-based problems, puzzles, and questions from your resume: 

  • Tell me about Yourself 
  • What is your passion and aspiration? 
  • How do you see yourself after five years from now? 
  • What are your strengths and weaknesses? 
  • Why so interested in coding?
  • Have you gone through the Company’s Website? What excites you to work in the organization?

Conclusion:

If you are good at DSA at least the most asked once and thorough with the tech stack that you are using or want to discuss then you are a good candidate. Rest must be depending on the company’s requirements.
