My college name is RV INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT, Bangalore. I am 2nd year computer science student in a 3-tier college. I am a decent student who scores well enough to face myself in the future without regrets. I would really like to be aware of students like me who are capable of doing something awesome but on time, if you are late then a lot of people are there for the competition. And now at the age of 20, some are making their own applications and start-ups. I didn’t learn and explore much in my first year because I had no coding exposure in college. And my marks were average, usually, people waste time in the first year settling down into a new space.

In my second year, I got to know about placements in my college and got aware of how interview happens we need to prepare beforehand to be in a good place compared to our friends to grab the opportunities. So I started to explore and search for how to learn skills. Geeks for Geeks is an awesome platform I have ever found on Google, here I got a nice amount of perfect content related to all of my main subjects like operating systems, DBMS, DSA, and also tips for placement preparations. It’s very important now to start on time, that’s why I am writing this article to make people aware of how fast others are moving and u have a whole world inside your laptop from where u can learn everything and anything you wish for. In college, u should be active in coding clubs or any other if u have any talent. Or else the best is to maintain your CGPA and keep exploring new courses and platforms for boosting your skills. One of the most important things, KEY to SUCCESS is CONSISTENCY in your twenties. I take notes from this GFG and study from the youtube channel of codewithHarry. One should stop wasting time and focus on the free knowledge available on different platforms. Set achievable goals for yourself, both short-term and long-term. Break them down into actionable steps and regularly evaluate your progress.

Celebrate your achievements along the way, and don’t be too hard on yourself if things don’t always go as planned. Don’t hesitate to seek help. Reach out to professors, academic advisors, or campus support services. Surround yourself with positive and supportive friends who share similar goals and values. Additionally, develop relationships with professors, advisors, and mentors who can provide guidance and support throughout your college journey.
