Reveal Health Tech Interview Experience for Software Engineer

Reveal Health Tech is a startup company in the healthcare domain that focuses on removing technology as a constraint to healthcare innovation.

Stage 1 – The initial round was a coding assessment with medium to hard-level difficulty. The assessment was having some MCQs and 2-3 coding problems.

Stage 2 – This was a technical interview that lasted for almost 2 hours. The initial discussion started with the roles and responsibilities in the current organization and rapid questions on it. Then he provided us with some challenges to complete and we headed onto the complexity analysis and minimizing the same. Further questions asked were about the latest technologies, DNS, deployment in Kubernetes and AWS.

The storm surrounded us when we moved to its completion. The interviewer asked to implement some classes in Python, followed by adding conditions to it. As he was dictating the terms, I was to code the same. Though the most difficult part of the entire discussion, but it was quite challenging and thus, interesting.

Stage 3 – This was a competency-based interview where the interviewer was looking for how my progress and work led to the company’s growth in terms of customer success and profit margin. The whole discussion was based on the success rate of my developed features in the market and how have I managed to beat the projected targets. The skills assessed were resource management and client servicing.
