My experience with the MountBlue interview process was through the self-paced assessment. As a beginner in programming, I followed the suggested path and opted for the self-paced assessment to join MountBlue. Here is a summary of my interview experience.

Level 1: The first step in the self-paced assessment was to complete and submit a coding challenge. I received a link to the coding challenge on HackerRank. The challenge consisted of multiple programming problems that tested my understanding of various concepts, such as algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving skills. The challenges were of moderate difficulty and required a good grasp of programming fundamentals. I was given a reasonable time frame to complete the challenges and submit my solutions.

Level 2: Once I submitted the coding challenge, I had to undergo a live coding interview to verify my sincerity and competence. The interview was conducted remotely, and I was provided with instructions on how to join the interview session. During the interview, I was asked to solve additional coding problems in real time. The interviewer assessed my problem-solving approach, coding style, and ability to communicate my thought process effectively. The interview lasted for a specific duration, and I was given immediate feedback on my performance.

Level 3: After successfully completing the live coding interview, I qualified for the fit/HR assessment. This stage aimed to evaluate my cultural fit with MountBlue and assess my interpersonal skills. It involved a discussion with an HR representative, who asked questions about my background, motivation, and aspirations. The HR assessment was conducted remotely, typically through a video call. It provided an opportunity for me to learn more about MountBlue and ask any questions I had about the company and the role.

Overall, the MountBlue interview process was well-structured and thorough. It allowed me to showcase my technical skills through the coding challenges and live coding interview.
