HumanCloud is a full-service digital consulting and IT solutions provider.

They visited our college recently in February 2024 to hire interns with a pre-placement offer.

Their Tech Stack mainly aligns with Core Java, MERN Stack, Python and DevOps.

The Recruitment process included 5 rounds.

  1. Written test on Aptitude and Java Fundamentals,
  2. Group Discussion with a group of 8 people along with HR,
  3. Technical Round 1,
  4. Technical Round 2,
  5. HR Round.

Details of All the Rounds :

  • Written Test – If you have basic Aptitude skills and are familiar with Java Fundamentals, You can easily crack this round. Shortlisted students from this round are required to appear for a group discussion.
  • Group Discussion – Any topic will be given by HR and we have to discuss it among ourselves. Just speaking politely and being active in the discussion is enough to pass this round.
  • Technical round 1 – It consisted mainly of basic DSA and questions on your projects (Projects in Full Stack Web development would be an edge). I was asked to solve basic questions like palindromes and stuff. Someone with basic knowledge can solve the problems. But we have to be thorough with our projects. We should be able to explain everything in detail.
  • Technical Round 2 – This round consisted of questions on DSA, Java, Javascript and Projects. First, the interviewer went through the resume and asked about my projects in detail. Then he asked some basic questions on Java which included String builder, String buffer, Collections Framework, Hashmaps etc. Basic questions on Javascript consisted of making API Calls and stuff (This was asked because it was related to my Project). Then I was asked to write code for the “valid parentheses” problem. Which you may be familiar with if you’re experienced with DSA. It can be solved using Stack.
  • HR Round – The last round was the HR Round. It was just a casual discussion with the HR on work timings and stuff.

I passed all the rounds successfully. Since It’s a startup, They hire in small numbers. Make sure you’re good at DSA, Java, and Javascript and have good Projects with being able to explain them in detail.

The Process went on for 2 days and I was selected.

Thank you For your time.
