Human Resource Development (HRD) is a part of Human Resource Management (HRM) that deals with the training and development of employees. The focus of all aspects of Human Resource Development is on developing a superior workforce so that the organization and its individual employees can accomplish their work goals in service to customers. Acronym: HRD Human Resource Development (HRD) is a part of human resource management that deals with the training and development of employees.  Basically, HRD is the framework for helping employees in developing their skills, knowledge, and abilities, which will turn to improve an organization’s effectiveness.
