Eligibility:

You must have given the 12th sci exam from any board.

Syllabus:

12th physics, chemistry, and math.

Exam pattern: GUJCET exam is 120 marks in total. 40 each of physics, chemistry, and math/biology. .25 negative marking for each wrong ans.

How to prepare:

GUJCET is an easy to medium-level exam. Specifically talking about A-group students, you just need to clear all your concepts and be consistent in board preparation with NCERT. The questions asked in GUJCET are not very tough just some are tricky and some are lengthy. It is highly recommended to solve 10 previous year papers of Gujarat board as well as GUJCET of each subject. There is a very high probability that you will see minimum 30% pyq questions of GUJCET and Gujarat Board in your exam. For chemistry strictly follow NCERT. And for Math and Physics along with NCERT do clear all your Concrpts and also do refer to as many pyqs and practice sets as you can.

My GUJCET exam experience:

I cleared my 12th sci from Gujarat secondary education board in 2022. Our GUJCET exam was 7 days after completing the board exam. There was not enough time to prepare. Luckily I was preparing for both board and GUJCET mcqs since starting and so I didn’t feel it much tough. I was having first physics and chemistry paper combined of 2 hours and then a break of 2 hours after that there was math paper. My Physics was very nice and in Chem there was some mistake in inorganic. Then comes math paper and I was literally able to score 40/40 but due to my silly mistakes and time constraint, I was not able to score full marks. Math was easy. In one question I mismarked in omr sheet and 2 questions left because of time. There was a 5mark ncert integral question in mcq but because of time, I was not able to solve it. So time management does matter much in maths papers.

At last, after 2 months I got the results of the Board and GUJCET on the same day. And I got 98 marks in GUJCET and 555/650 in boards. I was very happy and finally admitted in L.D College of Engineering (IT).

All the best for your Future, Rock it.
