Golden Eagle Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2023

Golden Eagle IT Technologies Private Limited is an Indore-based IT organization and it came to our campus to hire for a Software Developer position.

Only B.Tech and MCA students with no backlogs were eligible and it has a bond of 3 years.

Paper Pen Test:

This company has taken a paper-pen test which consisted of two coding questions for which we have to write the code on paper within a given time period.
Along with coding questions, there were 10 MCQ questions from aptitude and computer fundamentals.

Interviews

Technical Interview-1

The interview started with a normal greeting from the interviewer and then he said me to introduce myself. After that, he asked me to give a brief explanation about the projects that I mentioned in my resume and also that I created in academics. After that, he did some cross-questions on my projects and tech stack that I used. After that, he asked me the following questions:

1. What are Git and GitHub?
2. Write a code to find out odd and even numbers from an array.
3. Explain the pillars of OOPs with real-life examples.
4. Basic SQL queries of Join (Natural and Left Outer).

I was able to impress the interviewer with my answers and hence got the call for another technical round.

Technical Interview-2

In this round, the interviewer asked me to explain a project briefly that I mentioned in my resume and then he goes with the following questions:

1. Define all the Data structures with real-life examples.
2. Write a code to find the 2nd largest element from an array.
3. 2d array question.

Tip: make sure you know each and every detail of the project and skills that you mentioned in the resume.

HR- Round

This round was like a managerial round or can say it was formality because in this round it was a general discussion between me and the interviewer and she asked me.

• Are you ok with the bond?
• What salary do you expect?
• How would you overcome pressure?
• Where do you see yourself in the next 3 years?

After the HR round, I got my selection call from HR and after a week they sent me the offer by mail.
