Hello, Whoever is reading this I hope you are doing great!

Recently, I appeared for an interview with General Mills India for the role of .NET Full Stack Developer as Consultant Position (Technical Lead). I got an email for the job through Naukri and HR reached out to me. She has taken basic details like experience, expectations, etc, and told me about interview rounds. She sent me an online aptitude test email to complete.

The online aptitude test round consists of 20 questions Time 40 min on the following technical skills :

  • ASP.NET – C#, MVC (9 Questions)

The third round was taken by the hiring manager. He gave ideas about the role, team, and company benefits. He asked the following questions :

  • My introduction
  • My family background
  • Some questions related to early switching of companies
  • Future career plans
  • Ability to work in an agile environment

After the interview, I felt positive about my interactions with the manager.

Round 4 – HR round

I received a follow-up email & call from General Mill’s HR department a week later, informing me that I have cleared previous rounds successfully and would like to set up HR Discussion.

During HR Discussion, HR asked the following Questions :

  • My introduction
  • My family background
  • 3 Strengths and 3 Weaknesses

After an HR discussion, I received an offer email in the next two days having details about the compensation package and benefits, as well as the next steps for onboarding.

Hope this article helps you in any way possible and happy learning to all!
