I recently had the opportunity to interview for the role of Associate Analyst at Deloitte through their National Level Assessment (NLA) 3.0. The process began with an online assessment on 14th February, followed by an interview on 23rd March. The results were announced in the first week of April, and I was thrilled to receive goodies from Deloitte on 29th April. While the rest of the journey is yet to unfold, I wanted to share my experience so far.

The online assessment was relatively easy, with sections on English, Quantitative Aptitude, and two coding questions. The platform was user-friendly, and I found the questions manageable.

The interview, lasting 30 minutes, was a pleasant experience. The HR interviewer was incredibly kind, which helped calm my nerves. They asked me about my daily routine, my internship experiences, awards I had won, and certifications I had completed. Most questions were centred around my resume, making it feel more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview. I was also asked about my technology preferences and why I wanted to join Deloitte.

I was particularly grateful for the support I received from GeeksforGeeks, where I practiced daily. It undoubtedly contributed to my success in the interview process.

Out of seven candidates from my college who were shortlisted for the interview, I am thrilled to share that four of us were selected for the role. I am eagerly looking forward to joining Deloitte and contributing to its success.

Thank you, Deloitte, for this opportunity, and thank you, GeeksforGeeks, for being a valuable resource in my journey.
