Banasthali Vidyapith Campus Experience

I study at Banasthali Vidyapith, the largest women’s university, and I am currently pursuing a B.Tech. in Computer Science in my first year. My campus experience has been truly awesome.

Firstly, unlike other universities, our campus is massive, with different departments for each course, and all of the departments have a suffix of ‘Mandir’ in their name, which adds to the unique character of our university. The teaching faculty is excellent, extremely helpful, and very punctual.

As I walk through the campus, I often come across fallen bougainvillea flowers, which enhance the natural beauty of our college. Every morning, I see students practicing various games, doing meditation, going to the gym, or enjoying a peaceful morning walk.

Our campus is well-equipped with multiple canteens that serve only vegetarian food, catering to a variety of cuisines, including Chinese, South Indian, and North Indian. There are popular canteens like Mukteshwari and Spicy Bites, located in front of the Surya Mandir department, which provide restaurant-like services.

Within our campus, we have access to all the essential facilities, such as a stationery store, a general store, a hospital, a bank, and a post office, all conveniently available for the students.

In terms of the weather, even though our college is situated in Rajasthan, where the temperature is high, the campus still experiences a pleasant climate, especially during the rainy season and the foggy winters. I genuinely love my college campus and feel fortunate to be a part of this vibrant and well-equipped environment.
