Accolite Digital visited our campus during my fourth year of B.Tech studies, offering a promising opportunity for fresher roles. I applied for a Software Developer position with a lucrative salary package of 8 LPA. The entire application process was conducted online, and I was excited to participate. I interviewed with Accolite Digital in October-November 2023 On-campus. The process had 5 rounds.

Round 1:

CS Fundamentals Based MCQs. 30 MCQ’s in 30 Minutes. It is conducted on Accolite’s own platform Eduthrill. The questions were of easy level difficulty.

Round 2:

Online Coding 1 Problem in 1 Hour. It was conducted on Accolite’s own coding platform called Codelyzer.

Question was like find theminimum steps to get the desired array. One hour was more than enough.

Round 3:

Technical Round of 1 Hour.

Interviewer was not more interactive. He didn’t even turn on his camera. He was just asking questions and maybe writing down my feedback. Questions were as follows:

Many CS fundamental Questions :

Explain all keys in DBMS.

Difference between Deep copy and Shallow copy with Examples.

OOP concepts with real-time examples.

Questions on projects on resume

Normalization and Denormalization

2 Coding Questions to code with screen sharing. One was Merging two arrays. I told all approaches, he seemed to be impressed. Told to code the most optimal. Gave few test cases. My code passed all of them in the first go itself.

Second Question was string manipulation. I did using hashmap, he said make it space efficient, I used two pointers, he approved and told to code. Again test over few cases due to less time.

Any Questions I had for him.

Round 4:

Technical Round of 1 Hour 10 Minutes.

I have a good prior internship experiences and good projects on resume. He was senior manager and he said he was quite impressed by my resume. So he wanted to know in depth. We discussed each of my projects and all internships. I am quite particular about knowing what I have worked earlier in detail. We had preety good discussion. Then He asked me about graph algorithms, I was able to explain everything properly. He gave a graph question to code. This round went very well. So I was confident about clearing it.

Recieved HRs’s call on the same evening for next round, which was obvious to me 🙂

Round 5:

HR Round.

This lasted around 25 minutes. General HR questions. Try to answer taking project refrences and real-time examples.

Verdict: SELECTED

I hope this can be helpful for your interviews. All the very best!!
