Introduction: The Vellore Institute of Technology-Andhra Pradesh is a very well-known prestigious educational institution known for its commitment to providing a very prominent education experience to its students. With a very excellent infrastructure and remarkable campus placement in its starting years, VIT stands tall in education.

Talking about my year-to-year experience in VIT-AP as a student of Computer Science and business systems it was and is a very comfy journey going on with many challenges and experiences. Talking about my first year of college I got to experience a great diaspora of students and a great infrastructure. When I got into college in the first semester our college had 3 Administrative blocks which included Administrative block-1, Administrative block-2 and Central Block. These blocks had a newly built infrastructure with lab equipment. Classes were held on a random order basis in slot systems starting from 8 am to 7:30 pm. The slot system was difficult to understand in the initial phase but later on, we got used to it. Talking about the course basket we had courses from calculus, statistics and computer Science in C. The feast organised in the first year of college was a very fascinating event with many technical events and non-tech events being organised in the mid on tense environment of the Semester exam. Overall my first year was starting of my journey giving me many new experiences.

Moving from first year to second year felt like some fraction of a second as 2 Semesters went on like nothing because of the excellent environment on our campus. In the second year of college, I saw different infrastructural changes all over the campus and also many changes in course structure. Our courses in the second year included DBMS, discrete maths, Design Thinking, Design and analysis of algorithms, Operating systems and Software engineering. Expanding the infrastructure our college added some hostel blocks and Food Street along with that a separate building for the library is under construction.

The faculties in our college are very supportive and helpful in nature having a great background in research. Being a research-oriented college our college offers a great environment for research and publications at their own expense. Getting into placements our college has produced a great placement record grabbing 64LPA highest package in 2022 and 47LPA in 2023.
