Stellen Infotech Work Experience As A Content Writer

Let’s talk about my working experience with content writing in Stellen Infotech, as a full-time content writer.

The first point is the size of the company and the employees. The team size is not big. There are a limited number of employees. When I joined, there were around three to four writers alongside me.

Next, is the learning environment. The learning environment is really good. They give you time to settle down and learn those concepts one by one, slowly and steadily, before they expect work from you. So the initial around one to two months, they just train you and brush up your skills.

The next thing is the workload. The workload is moderate. Once you start getting hold of things, they start giving you work. So it is not like you are just sitting there and doing nothing, and it is not like just you are working all the time. So it was a balanced experience.

The seniors are good. They are supportive. They help you with every task.

Once you get some experience, you have to train other freshers under you. So that’s become another additional duty alongside with the job. So you have to manage all those things.

As a writer, you have to you have to communicate with your team regularly. So your interpersonal skills are really important so that you can convey your things to the team and understand their requirements.

They have occasional parties and celebrate birthdays in the last one or one and a half hours of the company’s working hours. So they do celebrate birthdays.

They don’t take you on any trips. I didn’t go on any trips during my work duration there.

The hike, salary hike is handsome around, like from the Mohali perspective. All the companies in Mohali give similar hikes. So it is not pretty much, but it is kind of satisfactory.

They have very diverse projects in digital marketing, For taking my example, I worked in construction beauty, medicine, online education, to law, and these were very broad topics.
