Ruby | DateTime commercial() function

DateTime#commercial() : commercial() is a DateTime class method which returns a DateTime object denoting the given week date.

Syntax: DateTime.commercial()

Parameter: DateTime values

Return: A DateTime object denoting the given week date.

Example #1 :

# declaring DateTime value
date_a = DateTime.commercial(2001, 5, 6, 4, 5, 6, '+7')
