# Python | Numpy np.chebmulx() method

With the help of `np.chebmulx()` method, we can get the multiplication of Chebyshev series with independent variable x by using `np.chebmulx()` method.

Syntax : `np.chebmulx(s1)`
Return : Return an array after multiplication with x.

Example #1 :
In this example we can see that by using `np.chebmulx()` method, we are able to get the multiplication of chebyshev series with an independent variable x using this method.

 `# import numpy``import` `numpy as np``from` `numpy.polynomial ``import` `chebyshev as C`` ` `s1 ``=` `(``4``, ``6``, ``8``)`` ` `# using np.chebmulx() method``gfg ``=` `C.chebmulx(s1)`` ` `print``(gfg)`

Output :

[3. 8. 3. 4.]

Example #2 :

 `# import numpy``import` `numpy as np``from` `numpy.polynomial ``import` `chebyshev as C`` ` `s1 ``=` `(``4``, ``6``, ``8``, ``1``, ``3``, ``5``)`` ` `# using np.chebmulx() method``gfg ``=` `C.chebmulx(s1)`` ` `print``(gfg)`

Output :

[3. 8. 3.5 5.5 3. 1.5 2.5]
